Important Announcement from Smile Starters

 

We are thrilled to welcome new and returning patients—we are proud to serve you! However, due to a decrease in providers accepting Medicaid in North Carolina, we have implemented a strict no-show policy to better serve our community.

 

Our staff is scheduled based on the number of patients on our calendar, so missed appointments significantly impact our ability to provide timely care to everyone. We kindly ask all patients to notify us a minimum of 48 hrs in advance if they cannot make their scheduled appointment.
